PSHE at Blackhorse Primary School

At Blackhorse, we follow JIGSAW scheme of work. This is a whole school approach that combines all the fundamental skills of PSHE with mindfulness, emotional literacy and social skills.

Each year, the children revisit and build upon their learning from previous years. Every year group will be focusing on the same JIGSAW piece at the same time in this order:

• Term 2 Celebrating Differences 
• Term 3 Dreams and Goals 
• Term 4 Healthy Me 
• Term 5 Relationships 
• Term 6 Changing Me
