    Concerns about a child at home:

    If you are concerned about the treatment of a child outside of school either:

    1. Report it to Blackhorse's Designated Safeguarding Officer (Simon Botten) by email here.

    2. Contact South Gloucestershire Social Services Access and Response Team:

    Concerns about a child in school or the conduct of a member of staff:

    If you are concerned about how a child has been treated in school or are concerned that the conduct of a member of staff is inappropriate:

    1. Speak to the Designated Safeguarding Officer (neil.fry@Blackhorsepri.org.uk).

    2. Ask to speak to the Chair of Governors (David Rowe) - via emailing the school office.

    3. Phone the Local Authority Designated Officer on: 01454 868508
