Year 6, we would just like to congratulate you on another incredible term - you have worked so hard and thoroughly deserve the Christmas break which is almost here!

As today is a home learning day, we do have some tasks that we would like you to complete:

• Visit the 'Christmas story' channel in the Video Resource Centre. There, you will find many stories recorded by lots of the adults in school. Please choose one and enjoy.
• Watch Mr Botten's assembly on the 'Head Teacher Channel' in the Video Resources Centre.
• We have noticed that our portraits in the 'Who's Who' section of the website are a little out of date. Therefore, we would like you to sketch you class teacher (Yew Class you can choose Mr Hindle or Mrs Stanley). We have popped some photos at the bottom of the page to help you and you may use any media you like: colouring pencils, paints, felt tips. We will collect these in on the first day back and Mr Botten will choose one for the website.
